Visit to training on environmental law – climate change within the project “Civil organizations in action on climate change“

A representative from ZG CeProSARD participated in a two-day training held in Krushevo, under the project “Civil Organizations in Action for Climate Change“ organized by the Young Lawyers Association, financed by the European Union. At the training, the participants had the opportunity to learn about Environmental Law and climate change. The lectures were held by Lawyer Alexander Godzo, who paid special attention to the normative aspects of climate change, as well as international legislation and international policies in the field of climate change, as well as responsibility for the negative aspects of climate change within the framework of domestic legislation and within the framework of the international legal order. The training was attended by several civil organizations from the field of environmental protection, as well as organizations that represent human rights according to domestic and international legislation.
