First meeting of the Steering Committee of the project Support to Social Enterprises by following the principle – Leave no one behind

On February 18, 2022, the project team of the project “Support to Social Enterprises by following the principle – Leave no one behind“, held the first meeting of the Steering Committee through the ZOOM platform.
The meeting was opened by the Executive Director of the organization CeProSARD – Ms. Svetlana Petrovska, which is the project implementing organization. The President of the Steering Committee, Ms. Jadranka Arizankovska, a representative of Economic Chamber of RNM, the project manager and the project assistant addressed the meeting participants. Other relevant institutions participated in the Steering Committee meeting with their representatives, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy- MLSP, Center for Development of Vardar Planning Region- CDVPR, Center for Development of Skopje Planning Region- CDSPR, the Municipalities of Karpos and Gjorce Petrov, Foundation for management and industrial research- MIR, HSSC-“Marija Kiri Sklodovska” and Gobeks company from the business sector.
Part of the topics covered in the discussion were the presentation of the project specific objectives, activities, expected results. Presentation of the implemented activities and the visibility of the project. A discussion was developed on the course and implementation of project activities for the development of social entrepreneurship, cooperation with institutions at local, regional, and national level, the business sector and civil society organizations. Members of the Criteria and Selection Committee for co-financing of social enterprises and persons from vulnerable categories were also nominated.

The project “Supporting Social Enterprises by following the principle- Leave no one behind“ is funded by the European Union.

Implementation period: from 01.12.2021- 31.05.2023 for a period of 18 months.
