Cooperation with projects working in the field of social entrepreneurship funded by the EU

The project team of the project “Support to Social Enterprises by following the principle – Leave no one behind”“ implemented by CA Center for Promotion of Sustainable Agricultural Practices and Rural Development – CeProSARD on 27.04.2022 attended the promotion of the documentary film “Barca – source of life“, in the premises of the Youth Cultural Center.

The documentary is supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Skopje, together with the EU-funded project “Support to Social Enterprises“. Barbara Sadowska, project team leader and president of the Barka Foundation said that it is essential to transfer the experience of such enterprises, as not only can they really help the community, but can be sustainable and benefit everyone – those who founded them as well as the people who work in them, but also the whole society.

The event was supported by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Jovana Trenchevska stressed the importance of social enterprises that are aimed at creating equal opportunities for all and an equal society, they contribute to environmental and economic development, but also contribute to poverty reduction for the most vulnerable.
