18 Dec CeProSARD at the workshop in the project “Towards Zero energy Hospitals in the Balkan Region – ZenH”
On 18.12.2020 within the project through a web platform, the workshop was held on the topic “Towards Zero energy Hospitals in the Balkan Region – ZenH ” which presented in detail the possibilities for energy management in hospitals, application of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources in reconstruction of hospitals and the results of comparative analyzes of buildings with energy consumption close to zero. The workshop also presented the so-called LCCA (Life-Cycle Cost Analysis) methodology used for economic assessment of building interventions in public procurement in EU countries.
Based on the findings of the analyzes made within the project and the energy audits of the hospitals, a manual and recommendations for the application of various technologies will be prepared, which should improve the energy efficiency of the hospitals to be hospitals with energy consumption close to zero.
