30 Mar CeProSARD started with the preparation of a feasibility study, a document on the justification of the projects “Reconstruction of streets in the village of Mesheishta“ and “Improvement of the capacities of JKP Debarca“
For the purpose of developing a project evaluation document for the “Reconstruction of streets in the village of Mesheishta“ and “Improving the capacities of JKP Debarca through procurement of mechanization“ on March 30, 2018 representatives of the team of CeProSARD visited the municipality of Debarca. CeProSARD is an engaged organization for technical assistance from the Municipal Services Improvement Project within the Ministry of Finance.
During the visit, separate meetings were held with the mayor of the municipality Mr. Zoran Nogacheski, members of the municipal council, citizens from the settlement Mesheishta and the municipal administration. The purpose of the talks was to determine the real needs for the implementation of the projects in the municipality of Debarca. After the interviews made with the focus groups, the activities continued on the field where an insight into the actual situation was carried out.
The projects will be financed by a loan from the International Bank for Investment and Development (World Bank) and a grant of funds for a successfully implemented project through the MSIP project for improvement of municipal services.
