31 May Representatives from the Municipality of Tetovo, CeProSARD and RDA South from Kosovo, participated in the workshop on “Practical Project Management and Monitoring System“ for grant beneficiaries from the IPA II cross-border program in Pristina, Kosovo
A representative from CeProSARD, together with project partners: Municipality of Tetovo and RDA South from Kosovo, on the project “Fostering Rural and Environmental Tourism through Smart Tourist Information Centres/ FRET-STIC”, participated in a three-day training workshop on “Practical project management and monitoring system for grant beneficiaries under the Cross-border Program, Kosovo – Republic of Macedonia, IPA II 2014-2020“ held on 28, 29 and 30 May 2018 in Pristina, Kosovo.
The workshop was attended by all winners of grants from Kosovo and Macedonia with their partners.
Through the training, the participants got knowledge of the procedures and ways of setting up project teams, proper planning of project activities and finances, ways of carrying out control and project administration, dealing with the challenges during project implementation, ways of collecting and analyzing data, as well as setting up a good monitoring system.
The workshop was organized by the Office of the European Union in Kosovo together with the operational structures, the Ministry of Local Administration (MLGA) from Kosovo and the Ministry of Local Self-Government (MLS) from the Republic of Macedonia, and with the support of the cross-border institution building team (CBIB +).
