24 Jan CSO CeProSARD representative attended training on monitoring and evaluation of CSOs
On 23-24 January 2020 in the hotel Porta, Skopje, in the context of Continuous Professional Development, a representative of the CSO CeProSARD participated in the “Training for Monitoring and Evaluation of CSOs”, organized by Civil Society Resource Center, as part of a European Union funded project.
The training covered the following topics:
• Introduction to the process of monitoring and organizational monitoring system.
• Types of monitoring, objectives and purpose of monitoring.
• Preparation of a monitoring plan.
• Definition and selection of monitoring indicators.
• Data collection and sources for verification.
• Types of evaluation, objectives and purpose of the evaluation.
• Use of evaluation results.
• Evaluation at the organizational level. Evaluation of organizational capacity.
• Tools for self-assessment of the organization.
