16 Mar The first meeting of the Selection Committee for election of housing facilities for supported living for the project “Together for more opportunities and support – TIMOR” was held
On March 16, 2021, the first meeting of the Selection Committee for election of housing facilities mapped by the engaged company after the TIMOR project was held. Members of the Selection Committee are representatives of the co-applicants and the lead applicant for the project, CeProSARD, ASER, SI Demir Kapija, the engaged organization Montessori, as well as the Vardar Planning Region and the Skopje Planning Region.
At the meeting were reviewed all the mapped Housing Facilities presented by the engaged organization, and the organization responsible for the implementation of the activity Selection of housing facilities for supported living. The Vardar Planning Region was asked for cooperation and assistance in finding more non-public providers to implement the service housing facilities for supported living, through direct cooperation with the municipalities in question.
In the first phase of the implementation of the activity for reconstruction and equipping of housing units for supported living, 4 housing facilities have been selected in the Municipality Demir Kapija and Negotino, for which the provider after the completion of the project will be SI Demir Kapija.
The project is implemented by CeProSARD in consortium with:
- Association of special educators and rehabilitators of the Republic of North Macedonia;
- Special Institute “Demir Kapija”;
- Municipality of Demir Kapija and
- Loza Foundation, Sweden
The project is funded by the European Delegation in duration of 36 months.
