23 Sep First working meeting in municipality of Bosilegrad within the Open Call for Cross-border Cooperation Program Republic of Serbia – Republic of Macedonia.
Representatives of the NGO CeProSARD on 02.09.2019 held a working meeting in the premises of the Municipality of Bosilegrad with the representatives of the municipality and the NGO “Glas zеna”. The purpose of the meeting was to prepare a draft version of a joint application for the IPA program following the call for cross-border cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Macedonia.
At the meeting, a working group was appointed to prepare project proposal. Project partners from the Republic of Macedonia are the Municipality of Sopishte and CeProSARD. In accordance with the needs of the municipality of Bosilgrad, were discussed ideas and concepts for applying on the first call of the IPA Cross-border Cooperation Program Republic of Serbia – Republic of Macedonia. These ideas will be coordinated in accordance with the interests and priorities of the Municipality of Sopishte.
In addition to the meeting, the representatives of CeProSARD had an opportunity to see the natural landmarks in Bosilegrad and expressed their gratitude for the hospitality and constructiveness of the team led by the Mayor of Bosilegrad – Mr. Vladimir Zahariev.
This program is implemented within the framework of the European Union`s Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II), which supports cross-border cooperation with a view to promoting good neighborly relations, socio-economic development and fostering European integration.
