18 Mar A monitoring visit with representatives from the Central Financing and Contracting Department was held within the project BUILDLAG
On 18.03.2019 in the premises of CeProSARD a monitoring meeting was held with the representatives of the Sector for Central Financing and Contracting Department within the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
The meeting was within the project Building capacities to sustain the development of Local Action Groups in the EU integration processes (BUILDLAG).
The purpose of the monitoring visit was to assess the following aspects of the Contract:
• Management structure, including work planning, adequacy of record – keeping mechanisms;
• Progress in implementation of activities – compliance with the contract, the agreed work plan, rate of delivery;
• Compliance with EU procurement and visibility /publicity rules;
The project is implemented with the project partners ASAJA, Spain and LAG UNA, Croatia.
The project is funded by the EU.
