11 Feb Within the TIMOR project, a working visit to SIDK was held by a team of experts from the Macedonian Montessori Association for preparation of personal resettlement plans
First working visit of the engaged organization – Macedonian Montessori Association, for implementation of the activity preparation of personal resettlement plans, held on 11.02.2021.
During the working visit that took place in the premises of the Special Institution Demir Kapija, the plan for implementation of the activity was discussed, as well as the necessary conditions. The way in which the personal resettlement plans will be prepared is in accordance with the methodology developed by the projects from the grant scheme of IPA II 2017 Action Program of the EU Support for Education, Employment and Social Policy; Support for the De-institutionalization Process in Social Sector. After the meeting, the group visited a potential housing facility that will be converted into a residential unit with the support of people with disabilities. The building is located in the municipality of Demir Kapija.
The project is implemented by CeProSARD in consortium with:
- Association of special educators and rehabilitators of the Republic of North Macedonia;
- – Special Institute “Demir Kapija”;
- – Municipality of Demir Kapija and
- – Loza Foundation, Sweden
The project is funded by the European Delegation in duration of 36 months.
