27 Jan CeProSARD held first initial meetins with the Mayor of the municipality of Demir Kapija and SI Demir Kapija within the project “Together for introduction of more opportunities and respect” – TIMOR
CeProSARD as a lead applicant, together with the Association of special educators and rehabilitators of the Republic of North Macedonia (ASERRNM), SI Demir Kapija, the Municipality of Demir Kapija and Foundation “Loza” from Sweden as co-applicants, from January 2020 started with implementation of the project “Together for introduction of more opportunities and respect” (acronym:TIMOR).
On 27.01.2020, the project team held two initial meetings – one with the Mayor of the municipality of Demir Kapija and the other with representatives from the SI Demir Kapija. On the meetings the project team presented the project activities, the time frame and the foreseen implementation plan. The project manager also pointed out the responsibilities for the municipality of Demir Kapija and the SI Demir Kapija during the project implementation period and the need for communication and active cooperation, in order to timely and qualitatively meet the project goals.
The action is designed to contribute to transition from institutional to community-based supported living services to persons with disabilities, by implementation of joint activities by the key stakeholders aimed at improvement of their quality of live and active inclusion in the community through development of innovative community-based services.
The project is implemented by CeProSARD in consortium with:
- Association of special educators and rehabilitators of the Republic of North Macedonia (ASERRNM)
- SI Demir Kapija
- Municipality of Demir Kapija
- Loza Foundation, Sweden
The project lasts 36 months and is funded by the European Union.
